Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• All orders are shipped via Canada Post via standard expedited shipping with tracking. Our standard flat rate shipping is $12.00 within Canada and to the USA. USA orders are shipped via Canada Post then transfers to USPS.  
  
  
• Orders over $150.00 before taxes and shipping fee are shipped FREE within Canada and the USA.
  
  
• We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

• Orders placed Monday through Friday will begin processing within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. Orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for delivery.
  We have no control over Canada Post and USPS or how long it may take for orders to go through customs. 
  
  We do not make adjustments to orders once they've been placed  - this includes adding and removing items.  
  
  

• Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. KameleonJewelryInc.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

KameleonJewelryInc.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed Canadian holidays. The following holidays are observed:
